Audie J. de Castro practices in the areas of business and corporate law, securities, and real estate transactions. He graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review and McAuliffe Honor Society. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of San Diego. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. de Castro practised as a Certified Public Accountant.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Mr. de Castro represents companies in a variety of significant transactions, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, licensing and distributorships, and real estate. He has closed multi-million dollar deals. He also litigates and resolves business disputes. He has successfully litigated and/or resolved matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and real estate. With his forensic accounting background, he is sought after in matters that involve allegations of fraud or embezzlement. Mr. de Castro was previously an attorney with Evans Latham Harris & Campisi, PC (San Francisco) and Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, LLP (San Diego).

Mr. de Castro's practice is solution oriented. He received extensive mediation training from the National Center for Conflict Resolution and has successfully resolved major disputes in mediation.

He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and its corporate law and real estate sections. Mr. de Castro is a former Commissioner of the City of San Diego Citizens Equal Opportunity Commission and served as a member of the Asian/Pacific Islander Advisory Board to Mayor Dick Murphy. He is also past President of the Asian Business Association of San Diego and a graduate of LEAD San Diego (2003).

Mr. de Castro has received numerous awards for his community service. He received a Star Award from the San Diego Performing Arts League. He received the President’s Award for Community Service from the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego. He received a Pan Pac Honors Award from the Pan Pacific Law Enforcement Association.
