On his first day of law school over 12 years ago, Mr. de Castro began working for a prominent San Francisco law firm to handle fiduciary accountings in high profile multi-million dollar estates and trusts. He also provided forensic accounting services to the firm’s litigation department in fraud and breach of fiduciary cases.

As a lawyer, Mr. de Castro has combined his skills to successfully represent clients in business litigation and disputes where fraud and breach of fiduciary duty has been suspected or discovered. He has handled inspection demands, investigations of books and records, and claims against officers, directors and controlling shareholders, partners, and LLC members.

The firm has also successfully represented clients in lawsuits involving breach of contract and real estate.
