As Of Counsel to the firm, Grace Tenorio practices general business and corporate law under California and Philippine laws. With over a decade of experience, she is a California and Philippine licensed lawyer. She was listed on the San Diego Business Journal’s 2015 Best of the Bar.
Previously, Ms. Tenorio was an attorney at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles for several years. She also practiced with a law firm in Quezon City, Philippines where she successfully represented clients in various matters, including labor disputes, real estate, administrative cases, and corporate law. Ms. Tenorio was also Securities Counsel at the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Tenorio received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from the University of the Philippines – Diliman and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Arellano University School of Law.
She is prominently involved in the legal community. Ms. Tenorio is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Philippine American Bar Association, Filipino-American Lawyers of San Diego (FALSD), National Association of Asian American Professionals, Filipino American Chamber of Commerce – Los Angeles and Filipino American Chamber of Commerce San Diego. She is on the Board of Directors of the Filipino-American Lawyers of San Diego and is the current Secretary. In addition, Ms. Tenorio regularly volunteers with the ABA Immigration Justice Project and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Project for Family Law cases.
